It is landscape art park-monument of local significance in Ukraine.
The public garden is located in the centre of Khmelnytskyi between Proskurivska, Volodymyrska, Heroiv Maidanu and Hrushevskoho streets. The park has a monument to Taras Shevchenko, fountains, a playground with hobbitons and other attractions, including Mykola Mazur unique metal sculptures.
