The park is one of the favorite vacation spots of the Khmelnytskyi residents. It looks especially charming in the evening, when the colorful lights of the fountains are turned on.
The area of the arboretum is 30.5 hectares. Here are 12 forms and 174 decorative species of woody plants. The vast majority of plants are pine, birch, willow, maple, cypress, honeysuckle, rose, olive, legume. Yew berry, caucasian fir, pea cypress, biota, canadian hemlock, pseudotsuga menzisa,, canadian bundut, Erman’s birch, bear hazel, northern oak, red oak, oriental plane, japanese cercis, horse chestnut and tulip tree are growing here.
