This is a small stationary one-actor theater, established in 1992. Its founder, director and the only actor is the national artist of Ukraine Volodymyr Smotrytel. The main purpose of the theater is the revival of Ukrainian chamber dramatic mono-art.
The current repertoire of the theater includes more than 10 performances. In addition, the theater hosts the annual world festival of mono-performances The Echo.
